Chicken's feet!

Having dinner with john and jason's family, and out come the chickens feet! This is a chinese delicacy, and i love it. Unfortunately, none of the other non-chinese (aka gwai lo) like it, so i've had take it for the team!

Repulse bay beach

Went to the bay, which has been turned into a beach. The sand at different parts of the beach are different, ranging from proper pebbles to fine sand! Beautiful place..

Jumbo kingdom in aberdeen

We finally got to have yum cha today. Also known as dim sum. Had it at jumbo, the world's largest floating restaurant! I love this stuff!

Shopping in mong kok

Went to the computer centre but it was shut! Not open until tomorrow! Never mind. I'll have to go back on thursday, my last day here.. It's been an interesting holiday. Would i do it again? Definitely. With these people? Good question..

Nighttime's fun in hong kong.. We're allegedly going to a members only nightclub.. Nothing dodgy. Honest!

Back at victoria peak. At night. Again!

This is the second time in less than a year, but i can't get enough of it. Beautiful. We're off to the buddha tomorrow. Should be fun..

The gang's all here!

Joy's finally over her flu and this is our first proper outing. We're at the hong kong zoological gardens. Going to the night markets tonight so that should be fun.

EDIT: Turns out that we're actually going to Causeway bay. Gonna get some food, then off to have a butcher's..

The peak tower building has been reopened. It's now got a madam tussauds! Quite hazy still but a great view nevertheless..

Chinese in hong kong

Getting ready to go have dinner at a peking restaurant in a shopping centre called pacific plaza. Had a good swim and a jacuzzi session. It was outdoors and we were surrounded by some of the island's tallest buildings. Nice. The holiday has definitely begun!

In hong kong again!

But this time i'm here on holiday with some friends. There's 6 of us and we're planning on being the ultimate tourists! We're gonna see everything so keep watching! Getting here wasn't fun though.. Had a 4 hour delay even before leaving london! Never mind, we intend to make the most of this holiday!

Bored in the lounge..

Waiting for my delayed flight back home. It's a friday! It could be worse.. Well, maybe it could.. No matter. I'm going to hong kong on sunday on holiday with friends! Can't wait!
