Left the hotel before midday, but due to crazy lagos traffic, and incompetent boat chartering people, it took almost 6 hours to get here! We're on an island just off lagos mainland. Not the best of beaches, but better than nothing..

Few hours before my flight, decided to spend it roaming the streets. Unsurprisingly ended up in times square. Dread to think what the carbon footprint is round here..

Went to see Freya the other day, at just one week old. She is absolutely gorgeous! Tom and Lisa are very happy! Lots of sleepless nights ahead!

After a fairly heavy night in lan kwei fung, there's nothing better than a nice bit of dim sum to help melt away the tiredness. After this, we headed off to the golden computer arcade for some i.t. shopping. Gotta love this place..

Hazy humid day in taipei. Meeting finished early so will be relaxing in the rooftop pool area. Much cooler up here. Stunning views. Would've been better without the haze..

Having a look around taipei i ended up in the shopping mall in taipei 101. Found the food court and had what i thought was a typical meal.. Was quite nice even though the Chicken was cold..

In barcelona for a work thing. Ended up in a bar where EVERYONE is dancing salsa! Pretty cool. Unfortunately we're just observing not participating.. Still good though!

Having dinner with john and jason's family, and out come the chickens feet! This is a chinese delicacy, and i love it. Unfortunately, none of the other non-chinese (aka gwai lo) like it, so i've had take it for the team!

Went to the bay, which has been turned into a beach. The sand at different parts of the beach are different, ranging from proper pebbles to fine sand! Beautiful place..

We finally got to have yum cha today. Also known as dim sum. Had it at jumbo, the world's largest floating restaurant! I love this stuff!

Went to the computer centre but it was shut! Not open until tomorrow! Never mind. I'll have to go back on thursday, my last day here.. It's been an interesting holiday. Would i do it again? Definitely. With these people? Good question..

Joy's finally over her flu and this is our first proper outing. We're at the hong kong zoological gardens. Going to the night markets tonight so that should be fun.

Getting ready to go have dinner at a peking restaurant in a shopping centre called pacific plaza. Had a good swim and a jacuzzi session. It was outdoors and we were surrounded by some of the island's tallest buildings. Nice. The holiday has definitely begun!
